- FURNITURE IS PUT BACK EXACTLY WHERE YOU FOUND IT
- 4 TABLES PER SPOT UNDER THE WALL
- NO MORE THAN 30 CHAIRS LEFT OUT AND STACKED AGAINST EAST WALL NEAR FIRE EXIT
- COUCHES AND CHAIRS ARE PUT BACK INTO THE CORRECT AREAS
- FLOORS IN MAIN AREA & GYM ARE SWEPT
- ALL CARPETS IN THE BACK ROOM ARE VACUUMED
- ANY DISHES USED ARE WASHED AND PUT BACK IN THE APPROPRIATE SPOT
- DISH CLOTHS & TOWELS ARE PUT IN THE BASKET IN THE COMMERCIAL KITCHEN
- ALL GARBAGES (2 IN MAIN AREA, 2 IN GAMES AREA, 1 IN COMMERCIAL KITCHEN) HAVE BEEN TAKEN OUT (DUMPSTER TO THE SOUTH OF THE PARKING LOT) AND A NEW BAG IS PUT IN
- RECYCLING HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE BUILDING AND BROUGHT TO THE BOX BY THE PARKING LOT ENTRANCE.
- BATHROOMS ARE CHECKED & TIDIED IF NECESSARY
- ALL STAGE/GYM EQUIPMENT HAS BEEN PROPERLY PUT BACK WHERE IT CAME FROM
- BOARD/VIDEO GAMES, CONTROLLERS, POOL TABLES AND CUES, ETC. ARE CLEANED UP AND PUT AWAY IN THEIR PROPER SPOTS
- PATIO AREA & GAZEBO is TIDIED UP FROM YOUR MESS
- COFFEE MAKER is PROPERLY TURNED OFF (INSTRUCTIONS ON THE MACHINE)
2. NOTIFY THE RENTAL HOST ONCE YOU ARE ABOUT TO LEAVE (ALYCIA'S PHONE NUMBER IS ON THE 1ST PAGE OF THE RENTAL BINDER. FEEL FREE TO TEXT)
3.TURN OFF ALL OF THE LIGHTS (INCLUDING BACK ROOMS & STORAGE ROOMS - EMERGANCY LIGHTS IN GAMES AREA CANNOT BE TURNED OFF)
4. TURN OFF ALL TV'S, PROJECTORS, ETC,
5. REMOVE ALL GARBAGE/RECYCLING FROM THE BUILDING AND PUT IT IN THE PROPER DISPOSAL AREAS
6. LOCK THE FACILITY WHEN YOU ARE DONE FOR THE NIGHT. FORGETTING TO DO SOWILL LEAVE YOU 100% LIABLE FOR AND LOSS, DAMAGE, OR ISSUES THAT ARISE DURING THE UNLOCKED PERIOD.
7. IF YOU HAVE USED THE LOCK-BOX KEY TO GAIN ENTRY TO THE BUILDING, PLEASE PUT THE KEY BACK INTO THE LOCK BOX!
8. IN CASE OF DAMAGE TO THE BUNKER'S PROPERTY, ITEMS, ETC. PLEASE NOTIFY THE BUNKER IMMEDIATELY! FOR DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT, THE SIGNED RENTER WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE AND ASKED TO COVER THE COST OF REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR. THE BUNKER WILL SOURCE REPLACEMENT/REPAIRS AND CONTACT YOU WITH THE AMOUNT OWED. THIS INCLUDES: ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS TO: VIDEO GAMING EQUIPMENT, POOL TABLES, CUES, ELECTRONIC DEVICES, BUILDING DAMAGE (WALL DENTS/SCRATCHES, FLOOR DAMAGE, CARPET TEARS, FENCES, RAILINGS, ETC, COMMERCIAL KITCHEN EQUIPMENT, ANY APPLIANCES, ETC. SECURITY CAMERA FOOTAGE WILL BE VIEWED TO PROVIDE PROOF OF DAMAGE UPON REQUEST

11. GARBAGE HAS BEEN REMOVED AND PUT IN THE PROPER DISPOSAL LOCATION
12. ALL FANS & LIGHTS ARE TURNED OFF
13. ALL APPLIANCES (STOVE TOP, OVEN, DISHWASHER, ETC ARE PROPERLY TURNED OFF
