405 SW 5th Avenue- Visioning & Design Exercise
The City of Gainesville Community Reinvestment Area, and Housing and Community Development Department are developing a plan report to build new affordable homes and commercial space in the Porters Quarters Neighborhood at a City owned property located at 405 SE 5th Avenue. The project goal is to meet the needs of Porters Quarters community members and prevent the displacement of existing residents. Please take some time to fill out the questions in this survey to help in the visioning and design process for this site.
On Thursday, November 3, 2022 the City hosted a neighborhood visioning and design workshop. Below is a downloadable pdf document of the workshop presentation.
