If you have any special needs not addressed above please indicate them in the box below. Event setup help, bases at a distance other than 90 feet, restroom facilities, concessions, etc. are all examples of "special needs."

Please note that the Bend Elks will not provide any baseballs, softballs, whiffle balls, tees, or anyother training tools. Your rental is for the stadium area only. The indoor training facility is not part of the stadium rental and is not allowed for your use.

Also include any additional instructions you may have for our facility staff to ensure your needs are met. Any needs not specifically requested in advance are not guranteed.

I agree to ensure there is no food, beverages (except water), sunflower seeds, gum, peanuts, and similar foods on the field.I understand the use of certain equipment may require additional fees.I agree to ensure there is no use of metal and/or steel spikes. Only molded spikes or turf shoes allowed.For all rentals, stadium lights will be turned on 20 minutes before sunset. Even if you do not request lights, if they need to be turned on due to timing of your event, you will be charged the light fee.It is the responsibility of the user group to clean the field and remove all trash after each use. All garbage and recycling should be placed in the provided garbage/recycling cans. Failing to do so will subject the user group to custodial and trash removal charges or prohibit them from future use.Users have access to the field during the contracted time only. Warm up, cool down, team meetings, etc. must happen during contracted time or not inside the facility.If user group goes beyond contracted time, they will be charged at $125 per hour. Any time used beyond the contracted time will be charged at a per hour rate.Users are responsible to lock the perimeter fence after use unless other arrangements have been made.If the rental is to be canceled, it must be done in writing 72 hours in advance of the start of the rental. Any cancelation after 72 hours will be charged the full rental.Users are responsible for any damage done to Vince Genna Stadium and the turf field.I agree to pay the fee of $50 per person wearing metal cleats on the turf.
Failing to adhere to these rules, and any additional rules given by a staff member can result in the immediate cancellation of the rental, and any future rentals.
