Please note: no payment is required until January. However, if you change your mind and choose not to journey with us, you must notify me prior to December 10th, 2022. If I do not receive an email cancellation request in this time frame, you will incur a cancellation fee of $100 CDN.

Please check each of the following items to confirm your understanding:

1. Investment is non-refundable.2. This program is not a replacement for professional medical treatment. My (Emily Schenck's) expertise is in energy work, coaching and group facilitation. If I recognize a need for professional medical intervention in any one of the group members, I will address the matter gently and privately with that group member. I cannot accept responsibility or be held liable for that group member's choice to seek or not seek professional medical treatment.3. If you have completed this registration form but decide you do not wish to proceed with the group experience, I (Emily Schenck) must be notified by email prior to December 10th, 2022 or a $100 CDN cancellation fee will be incurred.4. I (Emily Schenck) ask that all group members treat each other with respect. If abusive or inappropriate behaviour is reported to me or I notice it on my own, I will address the matter gently and privately with the group member at fault. Once the complaint has been communicated to that group member, any further abusive or inappropriate behaviour will result in that individual's group membership being terminated. Any payments made leading up to that point will not be refunded.5. The group will establish its own set of mutually agreed upon rules during our first week together. There is the possibility for membership termination should a member or members consistently break these rules. Again, communication will happen prior to this type of consequence being enforced. I truly do not want to or foresee myself needing to terminate an individual's membership but it is my duty to keep other group members safe.6. You must have fun.7.
