A non-refundable deposit of $100 is necessary to secure your date, without a deposit, communication will be considered an inquiry only.

*You will be charged a $100 incidence fee upfront, with total balance, that is refundable, as long as no damages to game room and/or equipment occurs, as a result of your event.This total price is reflected with an asterisk on party rental flyer. You will be asked to sign off on equipment return.

This fee will be returned within 72 hours after your event ends.

Your total balance payment, in full, is due prior to/at the beginning of your event start time.

In the event that 1 date change is needed, it may be accommodated, if facility is available.

How do you plan to pay your deposit?

I understand & agree that by signing this, this is considered a legal binding contract, and that I will be asked to complete a paper contract for the rental.
