LXLSC Online Welfare Request Form

If you are an organization that serves the military and/or the local Del Rio Community, we encourage you to fill out this welfare request form. The military and local community are near and dear to us and we try to assist as many organizations as possible. Requests will be considered on a case by case basis and will need to adhere to our welfare request guidelines. (see link to welfare request guidelines below)

We cannot give funds to individuals, only organizations. The request must come from a non-profit, school or military organization. Please be as specific as possible on the amount requested and how the funds will be used. Requests will not be considered if the event or need has already passed. The LXLSC Board meets monthly to review all welfare requests. We ask that all submissions be made prior to the 4th day of the month to allow for our board to review your request. Typically the LXLSC Board approves one welfare request per organization/year (fiscal year ending May 31). All organizations who have received funds are required to fill out a welfare audit form within 60 days of receiving funds in order to be eligible for future fund requests.
