Pearl School helps girls ages 12-17 build unshakeable confidence and executive presence through modeling, leadership, and entrepreneurship training.
WHY THIS MATTERS:
Research shows that 7 out of 10 girls struggle with confidence, and between ages 8-14, confidence in girls begins to dramatically decline.
Our mission is to close the confidence gap and develop high self-esteem young women who become leaders and executives in their communities.
PROGRAM DETAILS:
Location: Miami, FL (in-person)
Program Length: 1 year
12-week intensive training
6 monthly mentorship sessions
Graduation ceremony
Lifetime membership in the Pearl Sisterhood
What's Included:
Modeling techniques for presence and poise
Leadership development and public speaking
Entrepreneurship fundamentals
Professional photoshoot
Mentorship and community support
Certificate of completion
Intake Dates: 3 times per year (Spring, Summer, Fall)
Class Size: Limited to 25 girls per cohort (small, personalized attention)
Investment: $4,500 for the full year program
