Course Cancellation Policy

Written notice must be provided to cancel registration in the CASTED course. Unless otherwise stated in our materials, the following policy applies.

If, for any reason, a CASTED registrant cancels:

more than 28 days before the course: a $75 administration fee applies.
14-27 days before the course: a 50% refund will be issued
within 14 days of the course: no refunds or transfers are allowed.

CASTED COVID-19 Policy

All attendees, faculty & learners are required to be fully vaccinated* by a Health Canada approved vaccine at least 14 days prior to the in-person date.

*CASTED defines "fully vaccinated" as 2 doses + 1 booster
