The Chester County Sheriff's Office Citizens Academy is FREE to all participants. A maximum of 20 people will be selected to participate in our 2023 Citizens Academy. Applying does not guarantee selection. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

All applicants will be subject to a background check before they are admitted into the program. Only an extensive or extreme criminal history will proclude an applicant from admission.
