Booking Info* This field is required.PLEASE READ: All submissions will be booked in order of preference, this is not necessarily first come first serve. If you don’t receive a reply within 10 days your submission may not have been chosen (due to it not being a style I work in, something I’m not comfortable doing or styles or subject matter I am no longer interested in tattooing.)I only work in black and grey for tattoos. Please do not contact me multiple times about submissions. Scheduling Process: My pricing is $200/hour per person with tax included - If approved, you will be contacted via email for scheduling and info. I require a retainer fee to schedule and hold your appointment date. The retainer fee comes off of the total price of your appointment.If you do not respond within 24 hours of being contacted your submission is still valid but you may need to be booked in alternative dates/times. Appointments are not considered booked until a retainer fee has been received.

Booking Info* This field is required.All tattoos will be a minimum of $200/per person, if you have a concept that you think will take less time than the minimum of 1 hour please feel free to include multiple ideas to fill the time. Retainer fees are NON-REFUNDABLE & will expire after 12 months if not applied to a service. If you do not show up to your appointment or you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment time, your retainer fee will be forfeited and another retainer fee will be required to reschedule. Once you have sent your retainer fee and chosen dates, the confirmation email will be sent via email. Designs are not sent out prior to appointments, minor changes can be made during the appointment time. If your design needs to be redrawn completely you may need to be rebooked for a later date. If you want to make changes to your submission after your appointment has been booked they must be communicated via email 48 hours in advance otherwise your retainer fee may be forfeit and your appointment will be rescheduled. Appointment times will only be booked during my scheduled hours of Monday - Thursday 10AM to 4PM. Consent Form & Policies Policies and Consent Form must be reviewed prior to submitting your request.
