  • HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT SELECTION FORM
    Student selections are open for Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware high school principals, administrators, and guidance counselors to recognize one high school student in their junior year from their school, who has demonstrated leadership by standing up for what is right, finding a way to address a wrong, or making a significant difference in their school or community. Please complete all sections of the form. Incomplete selection forms will require re-submission. Selections are due by Friday, November 15, 2024.

  • SELECTION INSTRUCTIONS
    Please submit a brief paragraph, in 150-200 words or less, how the selected student demonstrates meaningful leadership ability in one of the following ways:

    STANDING UP FOR WHAT IS RIGHT
    Example: A football captain who crosses boundaries by mentoring freshmen to improve their study habits and time management skills.

    FINDING A WAY TO ADDRESS A WRONG
    Example: A student who spearheads a campaign that promotes safe teen driving and stresses the dangers of distracted driving.

    MAKING A DIFFERENCE IN THE COMMUNITY
    Example: A student who spends their free time volunteering at a local soup kitchen and encourages their peers to participate or leads an organization that brings awareness to an important issue or circumstance in a community
