Those enrolling in the Direct Debit program authorizes the Village of St. Joseph, Illinois, on a monthly basis, to directly withdraw the total sewer utility account balance due. Particpants agree to have sufficent funds in the account prior to withdrawl, and understand that any fees/penalities charged to the Village for insufficent funds will be the responsibility of the participant. Such fees/penalities will be assessed on the sewer account and will be removed from the Direct Debit program until payment in full is received, includeding said fees/penalities.
