All-State Band

Student Registration: 

9:00am - 1:00pm

No new registrations will be accepted after 1:00pm. Please plan accordingly.

Eligibility

In order for a student to be eligible to audition for All-State they must have qualified at the region level and been a member-in-good-standing for their Region Music Organization.

All-State Eligible Students should have received an email from their region organizatation stating on which instrument(s) they are eligible to audition.

• Students currently in Grades 9-12 are eligible for placement in Wind Ensemble or Symphonic Band (February 20th - 23rd, 2025)
• Students currently in Grades 9-11 are eligible for placement in Orchestra (Sept. 21, Sept. 28, Nov. 6-8, and Nov. 15, 2025) 

 

Audition Fee

The application fee is $30 for each instrument on which you plan to audition.

If you are auditioning on multiple instruments, you MUST submit a separate on-line application and application fee for each instrument.

 

There is a $1.50 service fee for all online payment.

 

Deadlines

Online Aplications must be completed by students no later than January 10, 2025.

Signature Page must be fully completed, scanned and submitted by the sponsoring director by January 15, 2025.

 

Hard copies of the signature forms should be brought on auditions day as a backup in case of any questions.

 

Applications and signature forms will NOT be accepted late. Any late forms or registration will disqualify students from auditions this year.

 

Please enter your information carefully as it will be used for the program exactly as you enter it.

NOTE: If you are auditioning on more than two (2) instruments, please email the All-State Band Audition Chairs:

kuntzv1@gmail.com and shawn.nagpal@monroe.k12.nj.us.

NOTE: Please make sure you can commit to all dates for the All-State Orchestra. Once placed, all orchestra members will be held to the same attendance standards as All-State Band Members.

If you are auditioning on multiple instruments, you MUST submit payment for each application every time you resubmit this form.

 

Students will not be allowed to audition without confirmation of payment, either through online or check.

Once you click submit you will receive and email with a confirmation of the details of your application. If you do not receive the email within the first hours after your submission, please check your Spam folder in your email.

 

Before you resubmit your application: Check your Spam Folder and Email the All-State Band Auditions Coordinator to confirm your application did not go thorugh.

 

 

Reminder that your Signature Form needs to be completed and submitted in order for you to be able to audition in January. The signature page will be sent in your confirmation email, in addition to showing up as a splash page once you submit your application.

 

DO NOT SHARE THE BLANK SIGNATURE PAGE WITH ANY OTHER STUDENT. Students MUST complete their own application in order to get a Signature Page.
