If your school is the only one in your division that is participating, you may request ribbons for your School Final. The ribbons, certificates and gifts for students and volunteers will be sent to you as soon as we receive this form. Please complete this form at least TWO WEEKS BEFORE your Final to allow time for processing and shipping.
