Rockie Mountain Saddle Club Minor Child Release Agreement 2025 Show Season

This parental/guardian release form must be signed by the parents and or legal guardian of any minor child participating in Rockie Mountain Saddle Club shows or events, whose parents or legal guardians will not be present at said show. Signed forms must be retained by the Rockie Mountain Saddle Club show/event office.

I, the parent or legal guardian of minor child(ren), consent to their participation in Rockie Mountain Saddle Club shows and or events during the 2025 show season.

In consideration for being allowed to enter upon said premises, or to participate in club activities, I agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify the Rockie Mountain Saddle Club and Stable Foundations in its entirety, including but not limited to its owners, board of directors, officers, managers, agents and employees for any loss or damage including any that results from claims for personal injury, death, or property damage related to the use of or occurring on said premises for any purpose whatsoever, or from participation in club activities.

I hereby give permission for images of my child(ren) and/or myself, captured during regular and special Rockie Mountain Saddle Club activities through video, photo, and digital camera, to be used solely for the purposes of The Rockie Mountain Saddle Club promotional materials and publications, newsletters, and club website, and waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto.

Upon signing, I consent to the Rockie Mountain Saddle Club retaining this agreement in the show/event

office and understand that it will remain in full force and effect for the remainder of the 2025 show/event

season, ending December 31,2025 or until it has been rescinded in writing and personally delivered to the Rockie Mountain Saddle Club President prior to December 31, 2025.
