Outstanding assessment booking form

This booking form is for candidates who are still due to sit their assessment who do not have an assessment date scheduled or did not attend their scheduled assessment date. 

Please note that the assessments within the calendar are scheduled for courses and candidates attending these courses will be prioritised slots. Any additional space will be offered to candidates who complete the booking form on a first come first serve basis, depending on discipline and level the venue and assessor can assess.

If you are not able to find the discipline/level you require, please contact coacheducation@scottishgymnastics.org to organise your assessment. 

• Demonstrators must be taken to your assessment unless otherwise stated in course booking information.
• All Scottish Gymnastics’ Level 1 assessments are run face to face and NOT virtually.
• Please ensure you have read our assessment process and terms and conditions on our website.
