Responsibilities:
- Provide basic care and caregiving activities
- Keep students safe and aware of risk when outdoors
- Engage students in activities, free play and games
- Observe children’s interactions and promote the spirit of kindness
- Act as a mentor and guide in staying safe and having fun in an outdoor setting
- Communicate and work with parents when necessary
