    • You entered a non- Fort Collins Utilities account number.
    • You entered a Fort Collins Utilities account number that does not get water service. Water for this property may be served by a different water provider. Only properties served by Fort Collins Utilities water may participate in XIP at this time.
    • Account number not valid.
    • Account number is new and has not yet been loaded into our system.

    Fort Collins Utilities residential water customers can receive $0.75/square foot up to 1,000 square feet, or up to $750, per approved project, per address.

    *Native Bonus Rebate: additional $0.25/square foot rebate up to 1,000 square feet or up to $1,000 total for planting a minimum of 80% plants native to Colorado. Project site must have 50% plant coverage at maturity.

  • Weed Management

    All landscape types require maintenance including weed management. It is critical to the long-term success of a landscape to eradicate weeds pre- and post- installation of a new landscape.

  • XIP Customer Meeting

    XIP Applicants are required to schedule a 25-minute Customer Meeting. Customer Meetings are required to receive project approval. Failure to schedule a Customer Meeting may result in rebate disqualification. Meetings take place virtually over Microsoft Teams. Use the scheduler below to find a time that works for your schedule. You should receive a confirmation email after you schedule your customer meeting.

    After scheduling the customer meeting, please make sure to complete the remainder of the XIP application and press submit when you are finished. Scheduling the customer meeting does not submit your application.

    The City gathers demographic information to help improve programs, to determine potential barriers to participation and to ensure everyone in our community has access to their local government. Demographic information helps us assess what communities we are effectively reaching and who we may need to work harder to reach on important issues. All questions are optional, and any information gathered will be kept completely anonymous.
