A card will be required to be put on file at the time of booking. This card will only be charged if necessary to fulfill our cancellation/no-show policy.
Any appointment cancellation, or reschedule, made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the service total for their appointment. This fee will be charged to the card on file if the client does not arrive within 15 minutes of appointment start time. The client will also receive a "no-show" message.
If the client is more than 15 minutes late for their service, with no notice, I may not be able to accommodate you. I will do my very best to reschedule your service(s) for another time that is more convenient for you.
In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services. Please contact and inform myself (Riley) of your emergency, or if you may be sick or contagious. Fees can be waived within reason.
After (3) "no-shows" or appointments cancelled less than 48 hours, the client may be placed on the "day of booking" list. This means the client will need to call the day of their wanted services.
After (3) "no shows", if I can accommodate you for a "day of" appointment, then a deposit equal to 50% of the service total for your appointment will be collected at time of booking. The rest of the balance is due at the time of service.
"Cardholder authorizes All Riled Up LLC to charge the credit card listed for agreed-upon purchases. Cardholder acknowledges responsibility for all charges and agrees to the terms of sale. No refunds or chargebacks are permitted unless otherwise stated in writing."
