This Order is effective as of the date written above (the “Commencement Date”) and is a legal agreement between Last Yard Pty Ltd (“Last Yard”) and the Company listed above (“Customer”).

By signing below, Customer is placing an order for Last Yard software loaded on Media Players and compute sticks (“Software”) and as outlined in the original Customer Licence Agreement Order Form, and Customer agrees to the terms and condition in this Order, the Last Yard Customer and Licence Agreement (“CLA”), the Last Yard Product Specific Terms (“PST”) and the Last Yard Privacy Policy all available at the following URL: www.lastyard.com/legal-and-privacy.
