The following are the Official Rules and Regulations for the National Imperial Miss Pageant. Delegates and parents/guardians of minor delegates must read and adhere to the following rules and regulations to be eligible to complete. To be eligible as a delegate:

• Delegates must uphold the Delegate Code of Conduct Agreement with National Imperial Miss.
• Delegate must be a natural born female. A copy of the delegates birth certificate must be provided for age verification purposes.
• Delegates will be subject to a registration/entry fee that must be paid in full to be eligible to compete furthermore, delegates may not be an titleholder for a organization that has a non-compete clause.
• All delegates must be of excellent moral character and must not have had any criminal record, felonies, or any convictions of any kind.
• Underage delegates must not smoke or use alcohol during their reign. Delegates old enough to do so, must not smoke or drink alcohol while representing National Imperial Miss.
• Delegates must keep their social media post appropriate and should only display excellent moral character when representing National Imperial Miss. This includes, but not limited to, when delegates are wearing the National Imperial Miss crown, sash, and/or merchandise bearing our name and/or logo.
• Delegates should not be married or ever been married or had a marriage annulled. Delegates should not be pregnant or ever been pregnant. This is acceptable in our Ms. & Legacy Divisions.
• Under no circumstances should the delegate have posed or have been photographed or videoed nude or semi-nude and appeared in a publication or internet.
• Delegate agrees that all decisions of judges at the Local, State, and National levels are final and irrevocable, and that she will abide by all regulations at the Local, State and National competitions. Furthermore, any delegate and or family member or guest, showing less than sportsman like behavior at the pageant will lead to disqualification and revoking of the delegate’s title with no refund under these circumstances, and can never return to compete at National Imperial Miss.
• Delegates will permit National Imperial Miss the right to use delegate’s photograph for publicity purposes in connection with all National Imperial Miss competitions.
• Delegate’s will permit National Imperial Miss to televise live or using film, video or other media, any portion or all of the competition.
• I understand that if I am crowned with a state title at the 2022-2023 state Pageant, I will be held to sign a State Titleholder Contract which contains a restricted non-compete clause. The National non-compete clause states that as a State Titleholder, the delegate may not compete for any National or International title that would require them to relinquish or in any way jeopardize their title with National Imperial Miss.
• I understand that if I am crowned as a State Titleholder that I will receive fifty percent (50%) of my total cash scholarship upon signing the official 2022-2023 National Imperial Miss contract, and the remaining fifty percent (50%) will be awarded at the completion of the 2023-2024 State pageant.
• I understand that if I am crowned as a State Titleholder, I agree to attend the 2023 National competition and also agree to attend the 2024 State pageant to crown my successor and abide by all rules and regulations required or forfeit title. If delegate relinquishes, for any reason, any title given to her, all prizes must be returned in full, and in condition received. All customized prizes or gifts must be replaced by monetary value.
• I agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by National Imperial Miss. All delegates and their parents or guardians hereby release and forever discharge National Imperial Miss, its directors, employees, staff, and volunteers from any and all claims and demands arising from damages or liabilities due to theft, accident, loss or injury resulting from my participation in the National Imperial Miss program. National Imperial Miss has the right to refuse entry at its discretion.
• By submitting this form, I agree that I am obligated to compete at the 2022-2023 Alabama State pageant. If I cannot uphold this agreement for any reason, I will let the State office know immediatley and may be subject to a $100 withdrawal fee. I also agree that all fees paid to the State office are non-refundable.
