Product broken during shipping
A product broken during shipping must be claimed within five days.
Have you received your order and one or more products has been broken during shipping, we will reship the broken product(s) and make a claim with the carrier.
In most cases you will need to return the broken product(s). A return label will be added to the replacement order.
Not that you can only claim one type of product at a time. If different products has been damaged, you will need to create a claim for each product type.
