This survey is intended for philanthropic funders who currently fund, plan to fund, or have chosen not to fund children and youth well-being. By completing this survey, you will help inform a national report on the current drivers and barriers to funding the well-being of our nations’ youth. Please answer based on the funding entity you represent. If you provide contact information at the bottom of this survey, Mindful Philanthropy will share early access to an embargoed version of the report prior to the release.
