Now please tell me a little about what kind of diet will work for you. BE AS DESCRIPTIVE AS POSSIBLE. Do you need treats? Do you want a regular takeaway night? Do you prefer sweet or savoury? Etc. All plans will list the foods as they are. These can then be cooked however you want. For example chicken and rice can be just chicken and rice, or you could add veggies and a sauce and make a curry or similar. An example: (my answer!)I have a bad relationship with food, I am an all or nothing kinda person. If I have a treat, it can often lead to a binge if I am not fully settled into a routine. A takeaway/treat meal once a month would be a really good incentive and goal for me to have. I love sweet food and would ideally want a couple ‘desserts’ each day. I hate cooking, so anything I can prep or cook quickly works for me.
