To insure the best experience for all our guests, please take a moment to review our policies
Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be charged 50% of the scheduled service. We understand emergencies happen and will consider them case by case.
No-Shows
If you miss your appointment without notice, you’ll need to pay 50% of the service before booking again. A second no-show means full payment is required and future bookings won’t be allowed.
Late Arrivals
If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Please let us know asap if you are going to be running late.
Redo Policy
If you’re unhappy with your service, let us know within 7 days. We’ll gladly get you back in to make it right.
