You will receive a confirmation email, please keep this email for your records. Please allow 24/48 hours from time of submission for the Listing Agent to receive & present your client's offer to the seller(s).

Upload a copy of the client's written & signed purchase offer.
Upload pre-approval letter and/or proof of funds.
PROPERTY STATUS UPDATES:
Once our seller(s) review and accept an offer on their property, ALL Agents who have previously shown and/or presented offers for the property, will be notified via Showing Time Announcements, in addition to the status update in MLS. Please keep an eye out for this email and/or MLS update.
If your clients offer has been accepted, the Listing Agent will reach out to you in a timely manner to advise of this acceptance. Lets work together to get this deal closed!
