2. Training: Training consists of ten (10) hours of classroom instruction and six (6) hours of behind-the-wheel driving instruction. All drivers' training instruction shall be given by Driver Education instructors licensed by the State of Oklahoma. Behind-the-wheel driving instruction shall be given in a car equipped with instructor brakes. The student must complete all training time to receive a certificate of completion.

Students must complete the required 16 hours within one (1) year of the first day of class. Should the time expire prior to completion in the time allotted, students will be charged $60 per hour for the instruction time remaining. The school reserves the right to reschedule the class and/or behind-the-wheel instruction for

inclement weather or other unforeseeable circumstances.

3. Tuition: The student and/or legal guardian agrees to pay the sum of $320.00 with a $50 required, non-refundable deposit (subtracted from the total cost) to AtoZSnow Adventures LLC DBA Lucky Brake Driving School as tuition for a complete course in Driver's Training. Payment of

the deposit will be made online at the submission of this form (you will be redirected to a payment page) and the remain tuition shall be made in full by the first day of class. Payment options include cash, credit/debit card, and check. There will be a $50.00 charge assessed for all returned checks.

4. Refunds: The school will not refund any of the tuition if the school is ready and able to fulfill its part of this agreement, and is prevented from doing so by lack of cooperation of the student and/or the student's legal guardian.

5. Missed Driving Sessions: 24-hour notice is required for canceled driving sessions. Missed driving sessions cause a strain on the driving schedule. All sessions not canceled with at least 24-hour notice will be

forfeited and made up at a rate of $25/hour. It is at the school's discretion to make exceptions for

emergencies and/or extenuating circumstances.

6. Driving Instruction: Sessions will be set up with the instructor. Sessions will be completed in three 2 hour

7. Additional Driving: In the event additional driving time is desired, sessions may be scheduled at the rate of $60 / session.

8. Student Conduct: Student shall not display disruptive or disrespectful behavior at any time during driver training. Should this behavior be displayed, the school reserves the right to remove the student from the class and/or driving session. A refund of any tuition is at the discretion of the school.

shall be binding upon the parties unless made in writing.**
