Not Your Mama's Craft Market

BrewDog's Brewery & Taproom is located just 16 minutes southwest of downtown Columbus in Canal Winchester. The BrewDog USA brewhouse sits on a 42 acre site near Columbus, where they brew their Headliner range and limited-edition exclusive beers for all their friends in America. You can discover all of these beers at DogTap Columbus, as well as a 6,000 sq ft interactive craft beer museum, the OverWorks USA sour brewery……and now the world’s first hotel inside a craft brewery offering 32 beer-themed rooms with draft beer on tap in each. These markets will take place indoors with the exception of a few outdoor boutique truck vendors. Indoor vendor spaces are 6'w x 5'd. The fee for a space is $125 per market and will be due upon acceptance. Tables and chairs are not provided.

NYMCM and its partnering venues will be following all current social-distance safe-practice guidelines from the CDC and Ohio Department of Health with regards to COVID-19 at all of its 2023 Markets.  These health and safety policies are subject to change as the CDC and Ohio Department of Health make changes to their respective guidelines.

Please be aware that NYMCM never plans a Market with the intention of canceling it at a later date.  If there is a concern about whether a Market might have to be canceled, NYMCM will make every effort to do so before collecting any vendor space fees.  Canceling a Market would happen ONLY under uncontrollable circumstances or if it is determined to be in the best interest and safety of any and all persons who may be in attendance.  Uncontrollable circumstances may include but are not limited to:  extreme weather conditions, pandemics, gas leaks, water and/or power outages, local public health emergencies.  In the event that NYMCM must cancel a Market due to uncontrollable circumstances NYMCM will credit accepted vendors any booth fees paid for their respective Market(s) toward another 2023 NYMCM Market.  We understand that, for many reasons, vendors must sometimes cancel their participation in one of our markets.  In the event a vendor must cancel their participation in a NYMCM event, the vendor forfeits their vendor fee and their vendor spot in that Market.  The vendor is not permitted to sell or trade their space. Application fees are nonrefundable.

If accepted, we may use photos and information from your social media outlets to promote your business and the Market(s). Please be sure that you would be content with the use of any of these photos to represent your business. If you are not currently on social media, please send 1 booth setup and 3 product photos to notyourmamascraftmarket@gmail.com.

Application fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
