  • In order to configure your PDU-90, you will need to:

    • Enter some dimensions for the conveyor that the PDU-90 will be installed
    • Select quantity and placement of the transfer belts in relation to the conveyor
    • Enter some detail dimensions for the mounting brackets
    • Select preferred motor controller

  • Roller Interlocking Method

    Interlocking method determines the length of the transfer belt units

  • Please note: O-Band Interlocking is based upon standard Senergy grooves and spacing: 5mm grove radius, 32 mm groove center to center, and end groove 51 mm from end bearing.  Contact Pulseroller for non-standard groove spacing requirements

  • Error: You must have a conveyor Between Frame (BF) minimum dimension of 400 mm to select O-Band Interlocking.  You have entered a value of {enterThe}.  You must select Micro-V Interlocking for this BF dimension.

  • You can choose to either provide your own mounting bracketry for the PDU-90 unit or provide some more of your conveyor dimensions and have Pulseroller include mounting brackets that fit your conveyor

    Enter mounting related dimensions for your conveyor
  • Each PDU-90 can include Pulseroller designed mounting brackets on each side that mate to the bottom flange of your conveyor frame.  By default, the bracket flange is the same width as the convyeor bottom flange.  The mounting holes on both the conveyor bottom flange and the PDU-90's mounting bracket must align so that the transfer belts can be lifter through the spaces between the conveyor rollers.

  • Motor Controller
