I am a member in good standing with the AWDF member club Club Name* . 
I understand I must comply with all regulations of my AWDF member breed/sport club, the AWDF, and the FCI. With this letter, I am submitting a deposit of $250.00 which is refundable only upon competing in the championship or if traveling with the team as the alternate. 
This letter of commitment with $250.00 deposit and a copy of the dog’s FCI recognized registration must be submitted to the AWDF Secretary within five days of notification of making the AWDF FCI IGP Championship Team.
