Prerequisites for staffing a program:
- Complete Level III (Warrior in the World) of the Shambhala Path Trainings
- Having taken the program you would like to staff first, as a participant, before you apply to help support it.
- Be committed to helping the participants of the program by generously offering your time and energy as a Meditation Instructor, Assistant Director, Guest Coordinator or Assistant Coordinator.
- Aspire to serve and inspire each guest who comes to visit the land.

Some staff positions require more qualifications than others, but do not be discouraged if you are not a Shambhala Training Director or Assistant Director, for example. Please express your interest.
