The Yavapai Republican Men's Forum welcomes men and women to apply for membership. 

All members must be registered Republicans or, for students, have a parent or guardian who is a registered Republican.

Regular membership is for men.  Associate membership is for women or a Green Card holder that is sponsored by a Regular Member in good standing.  Student membership is free for enrolled students under the age of 22.

Associate and student members are not eligible to vote or hold office.

Application fee is $40 and includes the first year’s membership dues.  The fiscal year runs from July 1st of the current year through June 30th of the following year.  Yearly membership dues are $30 per year and are paid in July of the current year.

I attest that the information I have provided in this application are true and correct.  I agree to the Bylaws of the Yavapai Men's Forum, Inc. and will conduct myself in a manner that is ethical, responsible and with integrity when in attendance or representing the YRMF.

I understand that YRMF's media appointee may take pictures/videos during YRMF events which may be reproduced on the YRMF website and in other YRMF communications.

After submitting your application, the YRMF Board of Directors will review your application.  If your membership application is approved we will send you an invoice for the application fee ($40.00).  As soon as you pay the fee, you will be added to the membership roles of YRMF and receive communications on upcoming luncheons and events.
