All rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change. Rates include VAT at 15% and 1% Tourism Levy. Hotel rates are per room, per night and include either a Continental or full English breakfast.
You may cancel your reservation up to 17th January 2023 with full refund less an administration fee of R115.00. Reservations cancelled after 17th January 2023 will attract the following cancellation penalties:
- 60 - 31 Days - 100% Cancellation fees apply
- 30 - 0 Days - 100% Cancellation fees apply
An amendment fee of ZAR115.00 applies to all changes made to confirmed reservations after the 01st March 2023. Should you reduce the length of your stay upon arrival at the hotel, the hotel will charge cancellation fees for the nights that you will no longer be using.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, payment due within seven (7) days after receipt of first invoice. Final 50% deposit is due thirty (30) prior to the start of the Congress. Payment may be processed either by electronic bank transfer or by Master, Visa, American Express or Diners Club credit card. Full details appear on the booking form. All incidentals are to be settled upon departure from the hotel.
