The Easter Fèis is run solely by community volunteers.  We rely on parents / guardians to help out to ensure the week goes well for all the participants.

We need parent volunteeers throughout the week to help with tasks such as: assisting with registration; helping participants find their way about; setting up for lunch; running the tuck shop and making sure everyone has a great and safe time.

Please agree to volunteer to provide some time during the week to assist us.  It can be really rewarding and it helps keep the costs affordable.  Without your support we would not be able to deliver the week.

In line with our Child Protection policy, we ask that all parents / guardians either have, or agree to Fèis Latharna applying for, a Protecting Vulnerable Groups certificate on your behalf.  There is no cost to yourself, or requirement for you to do anything apart from providing basic details, and all work is carried out by our parent organisation Fèisean nan Gàidheal.

• Open to 8 - 18 year olds, there are 4 classes each day; numbered 1 to 4
• Each participant needs to choose options to cover the 4 sessions. So that could mean 4 single session choices: first, second, third, fourth. Or two half-day options (secondary ages only). Or one half day and two further choices.
• If you have chosen a half day morning you should not make a choice for the First and Second sessions.
• If you have chosen a half day afternoon you should not make a choice for the Third and Fourth sessions.
• It is possible to select both a half day in the morning and the afternoon but due to popularity we ask that these are different choices for each.
• Some classes have specific age / standard of play criteria so please take note of these. But there are plenty of beginners options, and some open-to-all classes, for those wanting to try out new things!
• Each class has limited numbers so it is first come first served.
• Late switches may be possible but we cannot guarantee we can accommodate every individual choice.
• Everyone must select a reserve choice which will NOT include any of the half day options.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Step Dance is only offered as an option in 1 & 2
• Whistle is only offered as an option in 3 & 4
• Gaelic Song is only offered as an option in 3 & 4

Please complete a separate form for each participating child. That means making 2 separate payments for the first two children, but after that the third or more go free (there is an option at the end of the form to select the free option)

• If this is either of your first two bookings it will be for £80 for each place (up to the Early Bird expiry date of 19 Feb, after which the cost is £95 each for the first two places).
• Once you press submit you will be taken to PayPal to process payment for the booking just made.
• All payments must be made to secure your places and submit your booking.
• If this is a third booking and you have selected the Free option above you will not be asked to pay.  
• If you want to apply for a subsidised place then tick that box and we will be in touch.
• Making further bookings: once payment is completed for your first booking, you will be asked if you want to "return to seller" if you click this you will be taken to a Thank You page where you can click "make another booking".
