No one under the age of 17 will be tattooed. Anyone under the age of 18 MUST have a parent present through the entire process. Minor and parent must have valid photo ID’s with matching last names and addresses. Minor must have a birth certificate with the parents name on it as well. If you have different last names I will need additional custody paperwork. I will turn down the tattoo if I feel like it could damage the minors future or self-esteem.
