SUBMITTING THIS APPLICATION DOES NOT GIVE YOU AUTOMATIC APPROVAL FOR THE DATES REQUESTED. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED A MIN OF 3 WEEKS PRIOR TO A MARKET IF YOU HAVE BEEN SUCCESFUL
The Village markets are held on the 2nd Saturday of each month in the grounds of the Australind Shopping Centre, Paris Rd, Australind.
They start at 9am and finish at 1pm
Information, site map and allocation will be sent out by the Thursday before the markets.
PAYMENTS/PRICING
- GAZEBO BAY $30 for general months. $40 for Christmas markets. Prices TBC for the Makers Markets.
- TABLES $10 pay on the day. You are only allowed 1 x 1.8m table or equivalent. NO FURTHER TABLE BAYS FOR DECEMBER WILL BE ACCEPTED
- INSURANCE: There will be a $10 extra fee for those that do not have their own insurance. HOWEVER - this only applies to 2 markets and after that you will be required to have your own insurance (table bays excluded - insurance is not required)
- An invoice will be sent and payment is by direct debit and MUST be paid by the due date which will be 7 days from the date of the invoice.
- It is your responsibility to make sure you pay on time. Failure to pay will mean your application will be cancelled and your place offered to another vendor.
- Non payment or a late payment may affect future applications.
- If you apply for every month then the expectation is that you are attending a majority of them. If you cancel/not pay/ more than 2 in a row then any future bookings will be cancelled and you will need to re apply.
REFUND POLICY
- Refunds will NOT be given for cancellations 10 days prior to the event or for no-shows.
- Refunds or transer to next month markets will only be offered if the markets are cancelled due to bad weather.
- Refunds wil NOT be given if the markets are moved to the shopping centre due to bad weather.
GENERAL INFORMATION
- SW Pop Up Shops reserve the right to refuse any applicant. First preference will be given to local (SW area) stall holders.
- A variety of stalls and products are desired across the market.
- No stallholder has a monopoly on any product or service. No communication will be entered into re another stallholder selling a similar product to yours.
- South West Pop Up Shops and Events reserve the right to move vendors on the day and to allocate bays as they see fit to the benefit of all the stall holders.
- Stall holders are to be set up and ready for trade by 9am and are to remain set up until 1pm.
- Stall holders are to provide their own tables/racks and chairs and gazebos
- Stall allocations and further information will be emailed out by the Thursday prior to the event. Please read these carefully.
CHRISTMAS MARKETS: By applying for the Christmas markets ONLY there is no guarentee your application will be accepted. Applications for these markets will be assessed at the end of September/Early October. Preference for the Christmas markets wil be given to those stall holders that have attended a min of 3 markets throughout the year
