  • I understand that this is a general consultation intake form designed so that my stylist at Tiger Lily Beauty Co. can help me choose which New Guest Service option that I'm best suited for (if not already booked), or to help my stylist best prepare for my first visit.

    I understand that by submitting this form it does not guarantee that my goal hair can be achieved in one session. This will be determined in person based on the amount of time booked, density/length of my hair, my color history, as well as my time and monetary budget.

    I understand that the initial average investment of my first appointment ranges from $150 - $400 depending on my stylist and service choice and that most new client color appointments last 2 - 4 hours.

    Maintenance color appointments will depend on my current hair, goal hair, required upkeep, and are generally booked for less time with less monetary investment.

     

  • Cancellation Policy:

    We ask that you please give us at least a 48-hour notice before canceling your appointment. If you cancel within 48 hours or no show, you will be charged 100% of the service missed. If the fee is not paid within 24 hours, all standing appointments will be deleted and you will be unable to reschedule until the balance is paid.

    Late Policy:


    If you are 15 or more minutes late to your hair appointment, we will be unable to see you. You will be asked to reschedule and pay 50% of the missed service.
