    • Expressions of interest will be read by Lewis Hetherington (Chair of the Board) and Louise Stephens (Creative Director).

      In making their decision, the panel will pay particular attention to expressions of interest from candidates with expertise or experience in the following areas: 

      • Finance and accountancy 
      • Income generation and fundraising 
      • Politics and advocacy 
      • Digital transformation 
      • Environmental change 
      • Working internationally 

      As they are currently under-represented on our board of directors, we strive to increase membership from: 

      • People from the Global Majority
      • Disabled people
      • Trans or non-binary people
      • People based outside the central belt of Scotland
      • Gaelic or Scots speakers
