I understand that additional time may be required and that the price discussed will be a cost estimate and not a fixed price.

I understand that by submitting this form it does not guarantee that my goal hair can be achieved in one session.

I understand that by submitting this form it does not mean I have an appointment booked.

Cancellation Policies

I understand that Maison Noir Hair Studio requires a 24 hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

If less than the above mentioned notice is given, deposits will not be refunded.

I understand that, in the event of a no-show, 50% of intended services booked will be charged.

I understand that Maison Noir Hair Studio reserves the right to cancel an appointment if I am over 15 minutes late for my scheduled time, and that my appointment may be rescheduled if my stylist cannot complete the services in the remaining time frame before the next client. I understand that, should this occur, upon my next visit, a 50% upfront fee of services booked will be applied in order to reschedule.

I understand that in order to confirm an appointment time and date, a credit card number will be taken by Maison Noir Studio (no charges will be applied unless the above mentioned conditions are not met)
