    We're excited for you! Our 2024 tour will be amazing. Thanks you for registering below and sending in your payment. As of now, we have enough travelers to offer all the tours except the Israel HIKE (still hoping for that!). Egypt & Jordan may cost a bit more until we reach the minimum but we're hopeful for more travelers to those countries too. You may share this form with others who want to go. ONE form per traveler please.

    Please review the itineraries, dates, and costs at https://travelerjourneys.life before completing this section. Check the box for the tours you are committing to. Israel is required; the other countries are optional. We will ultimately offer tours based on your commitment that meet our minimum # of travelers. Minimum #s are essentially to keep the cost reasonable but, if we don't meet a minimum, we can provide a revised cost to those who still want to travel.

  • Ready for travel

    We need you to be able to travel independently and you must have someone available to assist if needed on the tour (roommate, friend, spouse, etc.). We do need to be prepared should issues arise so we ask you to tell us anything that affects your health. Please be sure you are exercising and preparing for the physical demands of this trip (long days, outdoors, heat, different foods, etc.).

  • PAYMENTS

  • The deposiit for Traveler Journeys tours is non-refundable because we depend on your participation to meet the minimum # of travelers needed to offer these tours.  Of course, if we must cancel the tour (or not offer a country because minimum #s of travelers have not been met, we will refund your deposit. The only time a tour was canceled was because Israel was not open due to COVID. If you have other reasons for not being able to go on the tour, travel insurance (if purchased per the terms of the insurance) may reimburse you.

    We will invoice you 90 days before the tour and expect payment 75 days before the tour so we can pay American Israel Tours 60 days before the tour.  We will invoice you for the tour(s), travel insurance you buy from AIT, tips, and optional activities.  You may use our Payment Plan (see website for details) and any credits accrued will be noted on your invoice.

    Be sure to start a paper or electronic file of all payments made and emails received regarding registration confirmation and payments. You will need this documentation if you have a travel insurance claim.
