1). Volunteers agree to accomplish the tasks set forth by the Thrift Shop Advisory Board and to fully comply with the terms outlined in the Laughlin XL Spouses’ Thrift Shop Standard Operating Procedures.
2). The volunteer will not have ownership interest in, be an employee of, or have any other affiliation with another business that could benefit or profit from my relationship with the Laughlin XL Spouses’ Thrift Shop, or when such ownership, employment or affiliation with another business would otherwise give use to an actual or apparent conflict of interest.
3). Volunteers are supervised by the Laughlin XL Spouses’ Thrift Shop Chair or General Manager. Any conflict between volunteers or volunteers and the General Manager will be resolved by the Thrift Shop Chair.
4). Taken from the Thrift Shop Standard Operating Procedures Article V Operation Section 7 Termination of Independent Contractors or Volunteers: Any volunteer may be relieved of Thrift Shop work for just cause as directed by the Thrift Shop Advisory Board. The following are some examples of just cause for removal, but not limited to:
Failure to abide by Thrift Shop Standard Operating Procedures
Violation of U.S. law or military law
