CONSTRUCTION PLANS - These plans should confirm what is being built. If construction plans are not available, a signed contract with a building contractor will suffice.

LETTER OF EXPLANATION - Letter explaining reason for delay must be signed and dated.

PROOF OF FUNDING - Documentation showing substantial funds to build. Acceptable Forms include
