I hereby unconditionally and irrevocably transfer and assign to Sajady Fit LLC ("Sajady Fit"), and Sajady Fit's legal representatives and assigns, and those acting with Sajady Fit's authority and permission, (i) all intellectual property rights, including without limitation, all copyrights, that are embodied in any testimonial provided by me regardless of media or form, including without limitation video, audio, image and/or written media and form, including any additional media now known or hereafter developed, and (ii) the unconditional, unrestricted, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to use, re-use, publish, and republish, any and all such video, audio, images and written media, including without limitation, any still photo shots derived from the videos, and/or audio recordings of me or in which I may be included intact or in part, in composite or distorted in character or form, and without restriction as to changes or transformations for the following purposes and media: unlimited commercial purposes and through any and all media and methods of distribution, now known or hereafter developed. All rights for privacy and publicity are hereby waived. I further agree (i) that the above assignment, grant of rights, and waiver is unconditional, and (ii) that I have no right to modify, withdraw or cancel any of the above testimonials including without limitation any related assignment, grant of rights, or waiver.*

I hereby release, discharge and agree to save harmless Sajady Fit, and Sajady Fit's legal representatives or assigns, and those acting with Sajady Fit's authority and permission, from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking and use of such videos including any still shot photos derived from the videos, or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including without limitation any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.*
