Cats all get an injection of pain relief that lasts for the day of surgery. We strongly recommend additional medications to give at home, especially for female cats.
Also called elizabethan collar or e-collar. These are the cones that help prevent licking of the incision which can lead to infections. These are rarely needed for male cats.

We do not offer same day bloodwork. This bloodwork should be scheduled at least 3 days prior to the surgery appointment to allow results in time. It can be done with us for the price listed by calling 609-267-2111. It can also be done at your regular veterinary practice.

This is an add on price to the cost of the spay. There may be another charge in these cases for fluids-see below. For pyometra, we MUST have records before scheduling. We only do pyometra surgery if the cat is stable at the time of her appointment and even then, it is at doctor discretion.
The doctor will sometimes order subcutaneous fluids for highly pregnant cats as a safety precaution. They doctor often wants fluids for pyometra cases. You will only be charged this fee if the veterinarian orders fluids Please see the basic add-on fees for pregnancy or pyometra above.
Payment wil be collected at the time of pick up. We prefer debit cards but also accept all major credit cards. We do not like to collect cash but if you have no other option, we will take cash with the understanding that we do not provide any change in bills nor coins.
