We are currently accepting applications for our Summer Sessions

    A bit about us...

Canadian Training Institute offers 15 week employment programs. For the first 6 weeks of the program, participants take part in group-based workshops to learn employability skills such as resume writing, interview prep, stress management, and conflict resolution. The best part? You get PAID to attend these workshops.

For the last 9 weeks of the program, participants work with facillitators to find a supported work opportunity. These work opportunities are generally entry-level positions which provide participants valuable work experience.

We offer two employment programs: Steps 2 Success and Workforce Challenge. While both programs are designed to support individuals to find work, Workforce Challenge is designed to specifically support individuals who have barriers to employment related to mental health.

    Program schedule:
For the first six weeks, program takes place in a blended version of on site at our office locations from 10:00-4:00 and remote days.

During the 9 work opportunity period your schedule will be dictated by your employer and may include evening and weekend hours.

    Our locations:
Mississauga at Eglinton and the 427

    Toronto at Dufferin and Lawrence

Scarborough at Markham and the 401
