    Applications are open year round. Applications are assesesed on an every month, please see exhibiton dates below for more details. 

    Applications are for the following exhibition spaces at Moonah Arts Centre:

    • Albert Hallway
    • Avago
    • Other (courtyard, toilets, digital banner)

     

    2023 DATES

    Please see below for available dates. 

    Applications are assessed on a monthly basis. Please submit your application at least one month in advance of preferred exhibition dates. Please note that your preferred space and dates are subject to availability.

    MAC welcomes applications from artists, curators, groups, and arts organisations. MAC encourages applications from people of all backgrounds, identities and abilities.

    This online form must be completed in one session. You will be able to save a PDF version of your application after submitting it.

    Applicants should only proceed on the understanding that if accepted, venue fees and charges will apply.

  • Please note, exhibitions will be reviewed against the following criteria. Exhibitions must satisfy at least one criteria to be eligible.

    Consider how your exhibition:

    - provides a platform for communities in the Glenorchy municipality to own, express and share their stories, heritage, experiences and dreams 

    - celebrates difference, diversity, and understanding within and between communities

    - promotes learning or skills development (this can be for audiences, or for you as an artist)

    - has an impact on audiences or those involved, or reaches new audiences

    - is innovative and/or original in its concept

  • Please provide examples of your work.

    Examples of current work that will be included in your exhibition are preferred. Examples of past work to help demonstrate your art practice is also acceptable.

    Examples of work can be provided as:

    • individual images
    • a word document or PDF with a number of images/links
    • a link to a webpage, youtube, vimeo, etc. (for webpages, please link directly to the page of relevance, do not provide general website links)

    Please note that registering your interest does not guarantee a place in the program. All applications are subject to availability of spaces, and will be reviewed by the MAC programming team to determine their suitabilty for presentation at MAC.
