All enrolments for the new year require a $60 deposit (per enrolled student) in order to secure their placement for Term 1 swimming lessons.

ENROLMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In order to reserve your child's placement for Term 1, please complete the enrolment form on the next page. Read the Terms and Conditions on the last page by clicking on "Preview PDF". Then sign and submit this form.
DO NOT submit this form without having read and signed the T&Cs.
In doing so, you agree to the terms of enrolment including payment of the $60 deposit (per enrolled student) due by Monday 12th December.
NB: We cannot reserve your child's placement for Term 1 without receiving the deposit.
Your child's class will be confirmed at the end of January. You will also receive the invoice for remaining term fees (deposit deducted from total).
