It is understood that no unit shall be occupied by a guest or guests, while not occupied at the same time by the owner or owners of the unit for more than thirty (30) days in any period of twelve (12) consecutive months, unless such occupancy is approved by the Association (Condominium Documents, chapter XIV (E), page 17).

Guest and visitors in an unoccupied unit are considered as renters if they stay more than 30 days. It is also agreed that the unit owner will be fully responsible for any damages to the common elements caused by the authorized guests indicated above.

Unit Owner will be subject to fines and penalties if authorized guest violates any of the Association rules.

Guest stays for one week or longer in an unoccupied unit will be issued a temporary key Fob not to exceed the allotted stay. (Rules & Regulation, Chapter Guest).

Guest’s picture ID must be provided to the office. 

Guest FOB key is $50 (non-refundable).

Guests are required to use guest parking only and obtain a valid parking permit from the front desk or vehicle will be towed.

No pets allowed.

Guests must present a valid photo ID upon the request of any Winston Towers 200 personnel or they will be escorted off the property.

This guest registration form is subject to the approval of the Winston Towers 200 management. 

By signing this form below I agree that I, {ownertenant}, will inform my guests of the Winston Towers 200 Rules & Regulations and will be responsible for any damages, fines or penalties that are incurred.
