Important Event Information
Sunday Main Event: 8.30am - 4pm
- Stall setup begins at 1.00pm on Saturday 14 October. All vendors must be arrived and in place by no later than 7.00am on Sunday morning.
Any vendors arriving after this time may turned away.
- We will be providing overnight security for the venue, however please ensure your site and all valuable items are secure as we take no responsibility for loss or damage.
- Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of stalls and rubbish.
- Any vendors who have not paid in full by 18 September 2023, will lose their space (no refunds/no rain checks will be given).
- All sites are unpowered so please ensure you provide your own generators if required.
- All vendors will receive an event itinerary, site information and map two weeks before the show.
- No items that are immoral, illegal or dangerous will be permitted. If Harrigans Drift Inn or the event organisers feel any articles are not suitable for the event, removal will be requested. Non-compliance will result in the vendor being asked to leave.
