PARENTS/GUARDIANS: By participating in the candy sale, you are agreeing to:
1. Register your camper for summer camp before starting the candy sale. Registration will require you to pay a minimum deposit of $30, which can be applied to your first box of candy and returned once the box is sold.
2. Be fully responsible for the product your camper takes home. Chocolate can discolor or melt if not stored in proper temperatures. The chocolate should never freeze or be warmer than 72 degrees, and should stay out of direct sunlight and away from all pests.
3. Sell ALL candy bars brought home. No opened or partial boxes may be returned to Kimball Camp YMCA. If you have an unopened box you want to return, it needs to be brought back to the camp by February 1st, 2023, and be in acceptable condition, so that Kimball Camp YMCA has time to ship it back to World's Finest Chocolate. If you have a partial box and the sale is over you may use your collateral toward covering the rest of your box.
4. Return money raised to the office by May 1st 2023.
